My first lot of knitting kits are now available online – woo-hoo!
I currently have kits for beanies, slippers and a neck scarf, in a variety of yarns, and I will be adding more styles over the coming weeks and months.
Since the modern yarns don’t always fall into the old ply system, it can be confusing working out which pattern you can use with which yarn. I hope that by offering these kits, it will simplify the process for you. Each kit contains a printed pattern, along with the yarn required to knit one item. The packaging isn’t fancy but the cardboard box is recyclable and I think that’s more important than being pretty.
These kits can be posted worldwide and so there are no surprises when deciding if the kit is right for you, the listed price on my website includes postage to various locations around the world.
To see what kits are currently on offer, please visit the following link to search the knitting kits available, either by yarn, or by project type, and make sure you keep coming back to see what new styles become available:
My moccasin style slipper patterns have been very popular, and given how quick and easy they are to knit, as well as warm and comfortable to wear, I can understand why.
Today I introduce you to Sherrie, which are slippers knitted in Coast yarn. This delightful combination of lambswool and cotton provides great comfort as well as wonderful stitch definition. And the pattern includes 6 sizes so it is suitable for those with little or large feet!
You can get all the pattern details here: http://www.knittingpatternsonline.com.au/Sherrie.html

Happy new year to you all! Although I have been very quiet on social media lately, there has been a lot going on behind the scenes and I have some exciting new things happening for 2020. In the next week or two I will be unveiling a new website, introducing some stunning new yarns, adding knitting kits to my product range, and offering my patterns as both digital downloads and hardcopy printed patterns. So stay tuned for those updates!
