It is knitted in super soft 4ply Sweety yarn. I wish you could feel this yarn through your screen as it needs to be felt to be believed! In my 40+ years of knitting I have never felt an acrylic yarn that is this unbelievably soft. It is ideal for baby knits but kids and adults will also love to feel this gorgeous delicate yarn against their skin.

I LOVE baby knitting! They are so small and cute, and super quick to knit. Following on from my ‘Jory’ pattern, I am now working on ‘Jude’ which is a matching diagonal rib cardigan with the option of a round or V neck.
I have knitted these baby items in Mon Amour yarn. This no pilling, incredibly soft yarn has a beautiful drape and is 100% microfiber, which offers some advantages over animal fiber yarns. It is perfect for those with sensitive skin, including babies and children, and for those who don’t enjoy the scratchy feeling that some pure wool yarns have. This yarn allows the skin to breathe, and is easy to wash either by hand or in the machine. It comes in 16 colours and you can see them all here: http://www.knittingpatternsonline.com.au/MonAmour.html
